• The Below Terms & Condition is general, Specific Terms & Condition for the project / Tasks will be shared separately with the proposal.
• Our Policy Customer is first so 100% Quality works & Customer Satisfaction.
• Once Payment Once Made will not be Refundable in any case
• Without Advance Payment work won’t be started.
• If project scope changes, a change request (CR) should be submitted that will be reviewed and agreed upon by both parties within 2 working days of submission and scheduled accordingly.
• Effort for user manuals and training is not included in the estimates.
• Minaarca SaaS software will be cloud base so can be accessed anywhere through internet using login credential provided by company.
• Minaarca will arrange the environment where application will be deployed, integrated and finally tested.
• Requirements can still change based on platform dependencies and business e logics viability. These changes are to be finalized during the requirements gathering activity.
• Payment schedule is based on milestone mentioned above. If the milestone has been completed as per agreed scope & requirements then client has to make payment as per above payment schedule before starting next milestone.
• All the default values/attributes for each type of Custom feature/function will be provided by the client
• Custom Reports details and format shall be provided by the client
• Purchasing and licensing of third party soft wares (if any) will be responsibility of Client (if not cost no agreed on project scope)
• The software development and implementation quoted is for one legal business enterprise.
• All the Out of Scope work will be charged separately.
• Additional Licenses (if required) will be treated separately & charged accordingly.

• Minaarca will deliver all related products and services in accordance with the terms and conditions and within the time tables specified in our proposal
• Prices quoted are in clients’ region currency (USD, Pounds & PKR) delivered to your premises covers all direct and indirect expenses
• The prices quoted do not include any type of taxes levied by the Government.
• Minaarca will not be responsible for delays due to acts of God, violence, strikes, civil commotion, war, floods, etc. that have direct impact on execution of the scope of work. Notwithstanding, Minaarca shall not be liable for liquidated damages or termination for default, if and to the extent that, its delay in performance or other failure to perform its obligations under this Contract is the result of an event of Force Majeure.
• At no point of time shall DM be liable for any loss of profits or revenue, or loss or inaccuracy of data or for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages incurred by client or third party.
